This is a great resource for UX research. It is very detailed and walks you through both the logistics and the design of appropriate research methods. It is, however, a text book and it definitely feels like one at times. A little dry and very dense, but a high-quality resource.
If you want to have a broader approach to ux design, cx design, this this the book that shoes tou how to enter into this world without diying in the process. Is clear, light and show tou the whole methodology. It really worth the investment.
This book makes an excellent field guide to user research. A range of techniques are covered from a practical standpoint, enabling the reader to get a study up and running. The considerations on analysis and presentation are nice reminders to have at hand.
Good intro to the topic. Think of it as a good startup kit for looking into user experience. Things to plan for and resources required.
This book really is a guide to user experience. It's an easy read with just the right amount of detail and instruction. I would highly recommend this to any aspiring UX designer, researcher, engineer, anyone who works in customer service, or anyone who is working to develop or improve a product. Or anyone, really.
