I had read Virus and the Vaccine and wanted to know a little more from another angle so decided to get this book. If you ever wondered why the attention on New Orleans and Jim Garrison et al in the early 60’s and how that tied in with vaccines, Oswald and Kennedy, this is the book for you. Haslam brings his personal experiences along with investigation to understand the murder of Dr. Mary Sherman. This reads better than any fictional murder mystery with plenty of powerful players and intrigue. Do yourself a favor and don’t flip to the back pages until you have read the entire book. Once you get that far, you will now understand what happened in a much clearer light. My wife asks me why I read this stuff. It is because I need to know certain things in order to protect my own health. I need to know what I am up against so I can take appropriate action. This book did fill in a couple of important facts for me and help reinforce what I had already learned about the polio vaccine and viruses and more.

Couldn't put it down. I'm a critical thinker - not your average (or below average) conspiracy theorist. I came to some different conclusions than Mr. Haslam, but overall I think he has all the evidence to explain JFK's murder. I think he gets hung up too much on the idea that the bio-weapons created AIDS and cancers. That's quite possible, but he doesn't have the evidence for that, and some of that could have come from the Salk vaccine without the bio-weapons "help".What I believe he does have evidence for is to show that Lee Harvey Oswald was likely a Kennedy-direct agent sent to spy on the insubordinate anti-Cuban CIA who were aided by the New Orleans Hispanic mafia. Once you understand that, then you can see how LHO was the perfect fall guy - take out Kennedy's mole by blaming him for Kennedy's death. The president's star witness against the CIA in the Kennedy-CIA war is perfectly neutralized by becoming the prime suspect!
This book is solidly researched, and skeptical at every turn. I was skeptical reading it -- but I found that Haslam matched my skepticism with his tone as he unfolds the story with increasing detail and evidence. He understates the conclusions reached, but you'd have to be blind, or brainwashed, not to come away with a slice of the truth from this book.
